Fire Reset
This project represents a post-fire residential rebuild focused on restoring essential domestic functions while re-establishing a sense of permanence and stability within the neighborhood. The architecture adopts a calm and controlled formal language, using clear massing and durable material expression to signal renewal rather than replacement.

Material & Structure
The building is composed of simple, legible volumes that prioritize clarity of use, efficient circulation, and functional separation. The primary residence and secondary living components are expressed as distinct yet related forms, allowing flexibility in occupancy while maintaining a coherent architectural identity. This organization supports both immediate re-inhabitation and long-term adaptability following fire-related loss.

From the street, the façade emphasizes protection and privacy, responding to post-disaster needs for security and enclosure. Openings are carefully positioned to balance daylight, views, and interior comfort, while the integration of landscape elements helps mediate between the rebuilt structure and its surroundings, reinforcing a sense of normalcy at the community scale.
