Niles
Niles is a high-end residential project located in Austin, with design development commencing at approximately 20% DD and advancing through completion of 100% DD using a fully integrated Revit-based workflow.
Outdoor Experience
The project entered the DD phase with partial design definition and was developed into a fully coordinated DD package through detailed modeling, technical refinement, and interdisciplinary coordination conducted entirely within Revit. The workflow supported the translation of design intent into constructible documentation, ensuring alignment across architectural systems, site conditions, and technical constraints
By leveraging Revit as both a design and coordination platform, I supported the project team to streamline iteration, enhance clarity across disciplines, and accelerate decision-making throughout the DD phase. The process demonstrates a model-driven approach to design development, enabling efficient progression from early DD engagement to a fully resolved and coordinated 100% DD deliverable.
