One Shenzhen
The One Shenzhen Bay residential landscape project is conceived as a contemporary urban living environment that integrates architecture, landscape, and daily life into a cohesive spatial system. Situated within a dense metropolitan context, the project seeks to create a calm and refined residential realm through a carefully structured sequence of outdoor spaces that balance openness, privacy, and human scale.

Interior vs Exterior
The overall space is defined by a generous tree canopy that creates a continuous shaded public realm. Mature trees are arranged in a rhythmic and intentional pattern, softening the scale of surrounding architecture and establishing a comfortable microclimate. Rather than dominating the experience, the
buildings recede into the background, allowing greenery, light, and human activity to take center stage.

Framed by two pavilion-like structures, this area carefully filters views, light, and movement. The pavilions create a sense of direction while also introducing a moment of pause, bridging the openness of arrival with the intimacy of the inner garden. It is a transitional space that encourages slowing down and awareness.
